Hey Abacus Students! Congratulations on reaching Level One! This is a big achievement, and now it’s time to dive into Abacus Mental Math Formulas. In this level, you’ll learn how to perform addition, subtraction, and other mathematical operations using abacus formulas.
In the Rainbow Maths curriculum, we start with Small Friends Formulas, then move on to Big Friends Positive Formulas, and finish Level One with Big Friends Negative Formulas. That means Level One has 3 rounds of exciting new challenges ahead!
This section is best suited for students 8+ since the workbooks and mock tests contain slightly more advanced questions. But don’t worry, younger learners are more than welcome to take the challenge! It’s all about building your confidence and skill, so keep up the great work and practice regularly.
